What do I do If my package shows delivered but I cant locate it?
We recommend these steps:
- Check all entrances, bushes and unusual delivery locations, such as under plants behind pots, etc.
- Please find the email containing the shipping and tracking information for your order, and kindly take note of both the carrier and the tracking number.
- Contact the carrier online or via phone. For orders shipped via USPS: USPS Missing Package
- Provide your tracking number to search and file a claim for your missing package.
