If there is a problem with the order:
Damaged in Delivery
If there is damage to the package or item, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately at customerservice@montaguemetal.com so we can file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing Items
All missing items claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please note that all packages are weighed before leaving our warehouse. Let us know if your package was tampered with. Photos would be helpful for the carrier and our staff to investigate. Contact us at customerservice@montaguemetal.com to report any missing item from your shipment.
Incorrect Personalization
If you have received your personalized product and noticed any misspellings, incorrect numbers, size, colors, quantity, or similar issues, please first review the order details on your packing slip. Then, kindly send a photograph of the item to: customerservice@montaguemetal.com

Return Policy
What is the return policy?
- If the circumstance arises that you’re not pleased with your merchandise, returns will be accepted 7 business days after the date of delivery for refund less a 20% restocking fee.
- Any returns REQUIRE a return authorization, no refunds or credit will be issued in cases when such approval has not been granted.
- You have 10 business days from the date of the receipt to obtain this authorization.For a return authorization please email: customerservice@montaguemetal.com
- The return shipment must be received within 7 business days of the authorization.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection of the item.All returned items must be in new condition (unless defective), in their original box, and must include all packing material, and all accessories.
- Shipping costs associated with each return will be the customers responsibility unless the item is received damaged.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged product, still in its original packaging, is required.
- Montague Metal Products reserves the right to inspect and determine if the damage occurred during handling at our facility. If the damage is found to have occurred during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Shipping fees at the time of the order will not be refunded.
- We are not accountable for any return shipments that are lost or delayed.
- We cannot accept any COD shipments.
- Montague Metal Products reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
- We will not accept any returns because the package was not delivered “on time” or “in time” as delivery dates and times are estimated only and not a guaranteed service.
Shipping cost for returns
Shipping costs associated with each return will be the customers responsibility.
Is there a Restocking Fee?
When returning an item the shipping charges will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to the item/s returned.
Non-Returnable Items/Nonrefundable items
All special order/personalized items are non-returnable and nonrefundable.

Additional Information About Returns
We do not accept returns for the following:
- If manufacturer’s original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged, or defaced.
- Any missing or damaged accessories
- Products must be in acceptable condition for resale; items that are scratched, damaged, or otherwise compromised may not be eligible for return.
- Returns or exchanges made solely to take advantage of ongoing sales or promotions are not permitted.
- Please note that no returns will be accepted without an authorized return merchandise authorization
- Montague Metal Products is not liable for orders that do not arrive by a specific date, and we will not authorize a return in such cases. All shipping times provided are estimates only and are clearly indicated as such, not guaranteed services.
