How do I cancel an order?
Because all orders are custom made, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However there is a small window of time after your order has been approved to make any changes or revisions to an order. Once we’ve received your order in most cases we start the process within 24 hours. Call us right away if you have any questions or changes on an order and we can advise you on the status. To minimize disruptions and resource waste, please be aware that we may not be able to approve your cancellation once we have commenced the production of your sign. Thank you for you understanding.
