What if package shows delivered but I cant locate it?

We recommend these steps:

• Check all entrances, bushes and unusual delivery locations, such as under plants behind pots, etc.
• Please find the email containing the shipping and tracking information for your order, and kindly take note of both the carrier and the tracking number.
